My name is Roy.

For far too long I’ve been overweight and unhealthy. Now, I’m getting fit and healthy with the goal of completing an Ironman triathlon within the next couple of years.

I don’t want to do this journey alone, and that’s why Men Losing Weight exists. I interview men who’ve successfully lost weight and learn what it takes to live a healthy life. Along the way I’ll be experimenting with what I’m learning and documenting my journey.
